Esco Studios

These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Esco Studios, operated by TYPICALTENDENCY UNIPESSOAL LDA, a company registered in Portugal.

By booking or using the services of Esco Studios, clients agree to the following terms.

1. Booking Confirmation

Studio sessions are confirmed once a booking has been agreed and payment (or deposit, if applicable) has been received. Once confirmed, the booked time slot is reserved exclusively for the client.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable, as the studio time and staff have already been reserved.

If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time unless otherwise agreed.

3. Payment

Payment must be made according to the agreed booking terms.

Esco Studios reserves the right to withhold delivery of final audio files or materials until full payment has been received.

4. Session Conduct

All sessions must take place in a respectful and professional environment.

Esco Studios reserves the right to terminate a session without refund if a client behaves in a hostile, abusive, threatening, or disruptive manner toward staff, engineers, or other clients.

5. Studio Rules

Clients agree to treat the studio, equipment, and facilities with care.

Clients may be held financially responsible for any damage caused to studio equipment, furniture, or property resulting from negligence or misuse.

Smoking, illegal substances, and dangerous behavior are not permitted inside the studio premises.

6. Filming and Photography

Filming or photography inside the studio is not permitted without prior permission from Esco Studios.

This policy protects the privacy of clients, staff, and creative work taking place in the studio.

7. Personal Property

Clients are responsible for their own personal belongings and equipment brought into the studio.

Esco Studios cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

8. File Delivery and Storage

Audio files, session files, and project materials will be delivered as agreed after the session and once full payment has been received.

While Esco Studios may retain session files for a limited time, long-term storage of files cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups.

9. Security

For the safety of staff, clients, and property, security cameras may be present in certain areas of the premises.

10. Liability

While every effort is made to maintain a safe and professional environment, Esco Studios cannot be held liable for injuries, accidents, or losses occurring during the use of studio facilities, except where required by applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal.

Any disputes arising from the use of the studio or its services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
